May our clear seeing gently illuminate what has been hidden in service of liberating more creativity, love, connection and joy in and around us, and throughout our world.
A trauma response involves fragmenting some aspect that couldn't be fully addressed in a given moment. While this is helpful in the short-term, troublesome symptoms and difficulties in life may appear later. Healing involves reclaiming these lost bits, as well as moving into new territories of individual and relational growth. The more self-connected and aligned we are with our wholeness, the greater freedom and capacity we can develop to compassionately respond to what's happening in and around us so we can show up with our unique participation and creativity.
The practice awakens consciousness intra-personally, gently and gradually welcoming into presence what was previously disconnected. The foundational practice of 3-Sync and 4-Sync supports many other, more complex processes, related to interpersonal communication, and inter-connection in larger groups, systems, and the collective. It is a trauma healing practice with various applications at various levels: for individuals, ancestral lineage, groups, and systemically.

- Turning within, utilizing our breath and the intelligence of our bodies, emotions, mind and essence, we listen. All the aspects within us have a space to exist, to be. Through respectful inner listening with a present witness, our inner organization becomes apparent. Gradually, through connection, we can recognize and undo the unconscious, protective inner strategies we have developed, even as we develop our capacity to rest more and more deeply in the ground of our being and belonging to life. Gently, gradually, we relax into right relationship and harmony within and in our relations.
- As we welcome what is difficult, stressed, reactive, numbed or frozen into connection and embodied presence, the evolutionary impulse within us begins to move more freely.
- Increasingly, we tap into our rich inner resources of innate wholeness, peace and joy which bubble out and through us into the world as our contribution, aligning us with our purpose and life's call to love.
About Sliding Scale: sliding scale offerings build connection and heart-centered, needs-based giving and receiving, and include a range of options for those with different levels of means available. People may choose the lower option (for those who receive more support), the middle option (sustainable for the facilitator), or the higher option (contributing to the facilitator's ability to offer the work more widely).
