- There are many ways we unconsciously try to regulate stress (mentalizing, blaming, shaming, unexamined beliefs) which sabotage our best intentions and recycle issues of stuckness. Learn to organize your body-mind system to shift from adrenaline-based inner structures to resilience-building flow.
