Despite the complexity and polarization in the world today, it is possible to bring all that you are together. The common factor in all aspects of your life is . . . you.
Discover a practice to support simplicity in inhabiting your body, connecting with your heart and the intelligence of your emotional body, and aligning with what is essential for you in your relationships, your life, and our world. You will be supported to connect with your felt sense of aligning with all that you are, including gently integrating unfinished business from your past.

As much as we may feel separate, we are the common factor in our relationships, in nature, and the structures of our lives. Our interconnection is a natural resource.
I invite you to join me on a journey to awaken and inhabit our bodies together, where we will sense, feel, explore, share and discover together.
Each class will include presencing, connection with ourselves and each other, guided meditation, and contemplation via journaling, and simple, non-structured movement. It will also include listening and sharing in dyads and triads, and group space to share insights and ask questions.
The class will meet for 8 sessions for 90 minutes each. The conceptual and guided practices will be recorded for you to access later. Optional homework between sessions will be offered.
