Tending Your Anger: A Series of 3 Workshops

9am - 4pm Ride Your Anger-Dragon Anger gets a lot of bad press. People tend to get confused about the difference between the feeling of anger and what we do with it inside ourselves and in relationships.
Join with a group of committed learners to discover how to become present with and to express your anger so that you stand for and "fight for" what you value with others vs. "go to war" against something or someone. Learn how to say no to behaviors a person is doing without saying no the essence of the person acting how you don't want them to act. Learn to create compassion and welcome anger into your circle of compassion, and express yourself in a way that respects and empowers yourself and others. Ride Your Anger-Dragon (1/10/15)Address will be provided upon registration. Registration is limited to 8 participants. Participants are invited to bring a dish to share for lunch, or to bring your own lunch.

Join with a group of committed learners to discover how to notice when you are angry, to distinguish anger from other emotions such as fear, sadness, or shame and how to breathe with your inner experience when you are angry. Learn to welcome and embrace the pure life energy of anger, enabling you to discover the specific gift that the feeling of anger is offering you.
