Rhonda guides you to move from experiencing to expressing, empowering you to move your energy, shift to a state of playfulness, and eventually free yourself of suppressed feelings. This is an emotional freedom practice. You will discover how presence and action support each other, so that you can discern when movement will be the most efficient way for you to shift. You will be learning the difference between venting, which keeps old patterns repeating, and expressing which supports you to eventually complete old patterns once and for all. Movement Play includes a video of approximately 10 minutes guiding you through breath and different movement qualities - your body's way - as well as detailed written instructions including key concepts, practice guidelines, and invitation to a new reality.
